Originally from Santa Barbara, Jesse received his BFA from San Francisco State before moving to Los Angeles, where he currently resides. His paintings explore brief moments in time in urban and suburban landscapes.
Each high contrast print-like oil painting evokes the feeling of being alone in a huge city, and the images are drawn from photos he has taken around Los angeles.
